If you're not already committed and are still looking, I've noticed that many chinese companies are looking for clean shells. I don't know how dirty this is, but if it can be cleaned up, you may want to look that direction.

What brought it to my attention was DOLV. If you're interested, you could find some contact info on that board (the IR contact is a guy that wrote a book on shell reverse mergers) and he's doing several of them with the chinese.
