Great point! I would like them to make an app and corresponding technology, that could govern school buses at or below speed limit. They would have to have an accurate database of speed limits and then have it GPS synced with bus location. That would have prevented the deaths of 6 elementary school children in Chattanooga last year. They could also pitch their safe driving app to Volkswagen N.A. headquarters in Chattanooga.
