metaphysical certitude knowing WHY GSAT filed the L-band withdrawal request with the FCC -- this shareholder contacted the co's senior management and got back:

"... this was related to the specific 2012 petition to combine 1.6 and 2.4 in a 5/10 FD configuration. As the ecosystem developed over the past 5 years for TD, we are focusing on this in 2.4 - withdrawing the old petition does not preclude us from a new 1.6 process. "
