I'm looking over recent filing and only negative here is the notes @ 170k I can find. 28milliong shares in April were given, volume since then doesn't show they dumped them yet. They do have a going concern on keeping open. Did occur losses also. Both of those are easy fixes with right management.

Low float, recent RS cancel and share reduction. I saw this couple on Shark Tank. I'm going to jump in with starter here.
