For some reason it seems like you are the only one who is having the problems. I've was a beta tester and now a six-month subscriber and never even had a glitch in the screen. The system never took longer than 45 seconds from click to start of movie. If I were you I would try to use Reeltime from another computer system because it sounds like it is your connection/system.
If you use another system and everything works perfectly then it is not fair for you to start complaining about Reeltime's network. I watched all the movies that you say were not working properly and tried everything and it all worked perfectly.
