I'm pretty content with the PR. Merger is on track to finalize this month, and a massive new distributor. Painting confidentiality in new business agreements as "shady" is foolish. Confidentiality is extraordinarily common.

Note the PR doesn't say "is NEAR closing a deal with a major distributor..." -- THAT would be shady IMO. Instead the company has "entered into". This is a finalized deal with a new major distribution partner. I could care less about the few weeks of confidentiality that are common in any such deals, what I care about is there are about to be a lot more robots sold.
