We'll find out in a few weeks. A similar situation has played out several times in the past few years, and it has always turned out to be either a failed business venture or an intentional scam. Either way the result is the same; this ticker has had no equity or value behind it for a long time. The best we can hope for is that the PPS gets manipulated to a level that somebody will buy our shares for a price we can live with.
