Austrianova partner Pharmacyte Biotech's PMCB; (OTCMKTS) Chief Executive Officer, President, General Counsel and Chairman of the Board: Kenneth L. Waggoner has been seen returning from North Korea where an alleged meeting took place between himself and the Supreme leader Kim Jong un of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) regarding Pharmacyte Biotech's Cell in Box (CIAB) encapsulation technology device.
Pharmacyte Biotech's (CIAB) is an unproven encapsulation technology device that has yet to enroll in any US clinical trials therefore allowing it to pass through the latest sanctions placed upon the (DPRK). It has been reported that (CIAB) is regarded as the "miracle technology of the century" among Pharmacyte's internal management and its investors though only a few small studies were done nearly two decades ago. It's been speculated that (CIAB) can protect living cells placed inside the encapsulated cell from outside threats ranging anywhere from cancer to diabetes to now nuclear fallout and warfare.

It's been alleged that Pharmacyte Biotech along with its partner Austrianova is willing to give Mr. Kim Jong un a licensing agreement for the use of (CIAB) in combating and protection from nuclear fallout and warfare.
If joint agreement is reached Mr. Kim Jong un will pay Austrianova (a privately owned company) $1m usd and will receive 35% ownership of the company's restricted stock with options to purchase 500m shares of the company's common stock at a exercise cost of -50% of the value on the signing date with an expiration of five years.

Mr. Kim Jong un will pay Pharmacyte Biotech PMCB; (OTCMKTS) a sum of $25,000 usd in exchange for 25% ownership of the company's restricted stock and 300m shares of the companies common stock with options to purchase 300m shares of common stock at a exercise cost of .03 or closing market value reported by FINRA , whichever is less on the day of signing with an expiration of 5 years.

It's been reported that Mr. Waggoner is very pleased with the pending agreement and looks forward to working with Mr Kim Jong un and his regime. When it was asked why the (DPRK) would be interested in (CIAB)
It's been rumored that Mr. Kim Jong un has resorted to seeking (CIAB) technology in a last ditch effort that it will protect him from the Ass Kicking the U S A is about to bestow upon his ass and his regime."
