Fertitta is a hard core businessman looking to keep pace with his cousins in the race to maximum wealth....when you get to Billions its not about money anymore....its about competition

IMHO he will take this buyout and move Landrys into the shell giving him a public mega-company

He is as interested in the Shell as he is in rebuilding the Crab Shack to Glory

It was only a year ago his Cousins sold the UFC for $4B
