LOL. Again the S-1 process is to register shares and become a publicly traded company. SEC reporting is part of the process and ongoing requirement.

lol. the s-1 process is the process where a company registers shares and becomes a REPORTING COMPANY. dolv is not a reporting company and that is likely a problem for finra.
