No. DTCC is not exactly user-friendly. They reluctantly tell Participants some things, but they'd rather not tell anyone anything. That's just how they are.

Any documents that would accurately show share holders of record like Pinedo, board members and other major holders? Current?

Insiders are just about always issued stock in certificate form. If they're officers, directors, or affiliates, that stock is restricted. Under some circumstances, they can free up some or all of it. The documents that would be of interest where that's concerned would be the transfer agent's records.

Which the TA is unlikely to want to share.
