must be a good scam would i say then, TTCM with 1 granted patent from the US, 3 pending patents also in US, A Ceo which holds many earlier granted Patents via companys like raytheon (Revenue US$23.247 billion in 2015), A Cto that is in close cooperation with the NASA and gets funded by them, a co founder that works for the security first corp and holds Patents with them (The company holds over 250 patents for software defined data security)

TTCM that got an proposal via banks and investors to buyout 20-30M dollar revenue making cos, which got rejected by Co it self.
