I think Esposito has a time frame in mind. If he can't make it happen in this time frame I think he will bang it up.

This kind of guy is not going to be around 2 or 3 years from now beating a dead horse.

However, considering the quality of the people he is bringing in, I think his chances of success are better than 50/50, which is 10 times better than they ever were before.
