Companies CANNOT have patents on the balance sheet unless for those patents that are acquired or offered to be bought. This is mainly because the valuation of a patent is considered subjective in accounting principles. Go do some research on that…

No patents are denied. Provisional patents do not get denied or approved, only utility patent applications do. FYI, OWCP just recently filed 2 utility patent applications, one with USPTO and one in Europe. You may have missed them while reading PRs from 2014-2016.

This sexual accusation on Dr. Baruch got so damn old. People used to bring this up in October 2016 on this board. Complaint by the lady was in 2015. Plus the lady unintentionally proved Dr. Baruch’s case that they were in a romantic relationship by saying this in her complaint letter “ My fear of losing him was stronger than anything I had ever felt in my life. To my shock, he exploited this dependency to have sex with me.” To her shock?!? Pretty funny!
