Roth does not do any business in the state of Nevada and therefore Nevada business taxes are not applicable. The Nevada office of Barry Hall is just for the accounting function as Barry is the CFO. All Roth business is done from Mexico and Roth is incoprpoarted in the state of Colorado.

All these fees listed for Nevada are old and obsolete. A call to the state of Nevada should confirm that these fees are no longer applcable.
