I am puzzled why the Chairman and rest of board do something. the company is evolving from the R&D early adopter evangelical selling business to one that has to operate alongside the best operations teams in the world.

No new day to day "C level" managers have joined since the fiasco in getting Paul Middleton as second choice as CFO and look how many times the accounts have been released without setting expectations about accounting policies.

they need (IMHO) at least:
a Chief Marketing officer to oversee all aspects of communications .
a Chief Operating Officer to be responsible for all roll outs of system to Amazon and Walmart

A new Chief Excecutive officer to oversea these two potions and run the business like a rapidly expanding commercial enterprise.

Andy should be Chief Technology or Chief Evangelist or Chief Emerging Markets sales in charge of the R&D and emerging markets of Trucks and China

speaking of which no mention of Airport Tuggers / GSE in the press release..... would a chief marketing officer have helped there?
