No moojer, you are incorrect. Dan told Otto about the Lithium deal (Otto was just a shareholder not a director at this point in Nov. 2015)and gave him one of the Lithium group's phone number, Otto phoned him, "screamed at the Lithium guy" , then the Lithium guys said he won't do a deal until the all the stakeholders were on the same page.

Dan and Otto were adamant against it, so what was the use?

Dan and Otto didn't understand the deal and in Sept. 2016 in a phone call Dan admitted, with a Lithium guy that he did not understand the 25% carried interest and, characteristically he blamed his ignorance on Scott!!

I can't make this stuff up!!

So blaming Scott for Otto and Dan's ignorance doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
