The Following is from my phone conversation with Buzzy on July 26th.
• Hollywood Star Haircuts spin-off with date of record sometime between now and second quarter of Fiscal 2018: Dividend shares will be paid though when I asked if the number of shares would be the same as Fernhill he said not decided yet. In the meantime, the New Hampshire lease was signed a couple weeks ago and Buzzy indicated he is fronting the build-out cost of the first store. Then, after the first store is up and running, Buzzy is going to do a Goldman/Facebook type IPO second quarter of next year to raise expansion capital for additional stores: price and number of shares to be determined, $5 to $7.50 dollars per share was mentioned as an appropriate amount, though, is anybody’s guess at this point what that price will be. He mentioned also those shares will be offered first at a discount to the Broker’s clientele in the public offering.
• Leaf of Faith spin-off end of this year: I believe this will be an IPO type spin-off too just like the Hollywood Star Haircuts spin-off; just waiting for date of record and details.
• The recent volume did not come from anything Buzzy did though he qualified by saying he did a small promotion, $4,000 dollars, related to the Cannabis industry so VGID would be included anytime a Cannabis Promotion hits, said every couple months:
o The paid promotion was by a third party probably related to approximately 60,000,000 shares becoming unrestricted.
o Again, the small promotion by Buzzy was related to the Cannabis company promotions.
o Most of the volume was related to a group of day traders following a list of buy sell times during the day. This makes since; it did seem orchestrated, remember how it popped in the morning and then fizzled in the afternoon.
• Conference call date would be announced at least a week in advance, he thought he would know something by the 10th of August.
• This is all good information for follow-up questions in the conference call.
