I live subterranean, no signal. The Ellison building, in Venice, CA, is even in the LA Times, today. Germane here, so many beach buildings are becoming hotels that the "Destination" basis of Venice Beach, CA: Is vanishing, along with the crowds! The locals don't liver there, anymore. So compare, along comes Amazon-types of platforms: Brick and mortar branches and locations are vanishing. Along comes internet and mobile banking--fewer tellers and brick and mortar is vanishing.
