I would suggest that either Mr. Lawson is ignorant, or he`s simply taking a gratuitous slap at Qualcomm. Carriers don`t pay royalties, and have no interest in the outcome. Also, Sprint and Qualcomm remain particularly close (e.g.,rapid DoRevA build-out and Q-Chat), and Qualcomm`s relationships with the other carriers are all constructive as to interoperability testing,network optimization, and chipset sales. All you need to do for attention is slam Qualcomm these days.
