longview owns this stock -they may sit or put in separate account or hold or even sell the total position. Rem they are also getting the div and the stock is almost up 100% since dec .the company may buy the position and retire. I am not worried.
We hit a recent high today. Rem the end of August last year the company was raped by Gunner Securities and killed the deal with the units@ $1.20 stock close the 52 week high even though the stock was around $2.20 in early August 2016
Warrants remain the most juicy investment our there. Very attractive yield with capital appreciation and non callable exercise @ 1.50 so only around .40 out of the money Super strong buy rating . I have pounding the table for weeks and weeks.
talked with management today earning out 7-10 days. seemed upbeat and spotting scope getting traction.
Around 9 million shares fully diluted and the 4 million warrants .
these warrants are the gift from the investment gods.
