Agreed. A lot of positive spin when GSEs are still under conservatorship and NWS remains. Folks need to do real DD and not rely on fake news and unwarranted optimism. While the use of emojis is great for children, an investor message board is not the place.

Hopefully the FHFA and Treasury take action, all the other fake news being posted serves no purpose. 75 Day fantasy was all that folks need to make a decision - turned out to be more unwarranted optimism.
