The R/S turned 1 Million shares into 714.

Actually 714.2857 to be precise. The current valuation equates to a pre-R/S price of 0.00042857142

The 300,000,000 A/S was reduced to 214,285.7 total shares.

Again, look for Roxy to print and issue millions or billions of new shares to drop the PPS to .0001.
