Cakes ! your right again . You have this figured. Unfortunately it was an expensive lesson like the 8000 other shareholders here over the last 20 years. The scary thing is that this is happening again. If you notice, each successive pump gains less and less traction but that doesn't mean it still isnt sucking in hundreds of thousands of dollars from new investors.

I would reiterate that this type situation is exactly why public companies need regulation and oversight. 8 years ago Keith M Berman discussed in a filing how an ethics review board was considered. That was clipped off the recent filings as well.

Shareholders are entitled to stop by the office of the company and even if you own 1 share you are entitled to attend meetings and be present for votes.

Just for fun, when the second quarter comes out, I am guessing he will say 500,000 in sales. I am also guessing we will see 10 million more issued shares at an average 7 cents, which made another 700,000 in accumulated deficit. Considering the last quarter was 300,000 in sales, what did it cost for the extra 200,000 in sales?

Keep in mind Keith m Berman stated 17 million dollars in Korean and Bolivian contracts for 2017. We are more than 65 percent through 2017. At this rate 16.5 million needs to happen between now and end of year. Will this also be forgotten?
