New to board....please help me understand how r/s (reverse stock split?) affects us longs. Is r/s just an accounting trick to keep stock out of the cellar by boosting the PPS? Up front--little difference since book value is same--right? However, when r/s happens, don't shareholders lose potential for gains they once had from small movements in share price----like we have right now? Just asking......Thanks.
