It is really getting confusing here. Will "below 0.020" happen before "going 0.10" or after the 3 months old "0.20 today or tomorrow"?

Here is the challenge...The "before Aug 15th", literally just leaves 4 days for all three above to happen and we are still scratching our heads to know if the 3 months old "0.20 today or tomorrow" will happen today OR tomorrow!!!

On top of all that...we need to figure out a way to squeeze "going 0.10" between today and tomorrow. It will leave only two days for "going 0.10" and "below 0.020". Very entertaining to say the least!

Before Aug 15th it will be below .020
