According to the disclosures it's Michael Aube..

He has no business in this business, he makes medical devices for STDs. I have no idea why he was appointed as head of a "Cannabis" company. Makes absolutely no sense. Compensation is a broad question, as I have stated before ETST is an alternative reporting company, so their reporting requirements are much less.

I do believe that there are a lot of things that have not been disclosed to the public.

As far as other management, I don't know, not a lot is said about them. I think that almost all of their employees are just straw men to make the company look better, as I have stated before.

These are just my opinions and answers to your questions. Maybe ETST will disclose ALL relevant information so we don't have to guess.
