Not at all. Why would these guys want to get involved with this if they are all that they claim?? Why not just start there own public company?
Scam stocks draw scam CEO's. I've seen many, many oil stock scams "change" leadership and they all just continue with the same ole bullshit. Investors should expect an A/S increase and possibly an R/S. Both very common with "leadership" changes.
