Good catch!! Who in the world take 50million shares worth less than $50K for $400k debt. May be they tried to get this stock to .05 or higher but failed hence renegotiation of the terms.

Glad to see they are paying it off with cash and no AS increase and conversions like OTC scams do.

I like the terms. Even with $2 million revenues and profits we are deeply undervalued here for sure. We deserve lotttttttttt more...
