Just got a response from John in regards to an email I sent to him today asking for a copy of the letter.



Miguel,

I'll get you a copy today, the date for full compliance will Sept. 22. This includes, Q2, Q3, and 10K for 2015. Q1,Q2,Q3, and 10K for 2016, and Q1 and Q2 for 2017.

The 2015's will be filed first, hopefully this week or next, then the 2016's within 2 weeks. The 2017 Q's are easy since they are only reviews.

I'll keep you posted.
