Some say this court deal doesn't pertain to anything. I disagree. If they want to start off CLEAN with whatever symbol, then cleaning this up would be a very good place to start.

Changing symbol, announcing quarterly's and hopefully contracts while having a pending lawsuit which you they initiated in the tune of 54 million shares is probably bigger than we think. Why?

As I've previously mentioned, if they know this baby is going to fly once all the ducks are in a row, that 54 million shares could equate to A LOT of money! I would think they would want this legally behind them before ANYTHING really takes off.

As people have been stating, this company is apparently already manufacturing and filling orders so revenue may be showing on the quarterly which would only catapult this thing further to get ready for dollars once symbol change and contracts are announced.

IMO of course, but Mark this on the legal assumption. I think I'm right on here!
