Something's rotten in Denmark right SM! The only way CG's could legally withdraw from the binding terms of their definitive agreement with UHLN is if legally proof positive reasons were cited from their definitive agreement...and if that was in fact the case...then UHLN and CG's would've both issued a simultaneous legal reason for terminating their pending merger.

And since that did not occur...I think there's a hell of a lot more to this story than CG's silly statement...which reads like it was definitely not reviewed let alone signed off on by any attorney...at least any attorney who knows how Definitive Agreements actually work!
