The whole CG's statement is smelly SM...they can't legally "withdraw from negotiations" with UHLN on an arbitrary basis!

In order for either side to withdraw and not close on the legally binding terms of the definitive agreement...legal reasons for termination must be cited!

So although I personally won't take any sides in the ensuing mess now in play...those rushing to side with Charlie Grainger's statement may be rushing to the wrong conclusion...because quite frankly the statements put out by CG's are definitely not legally cited statements on how professional companies would terminate a legally binding definitive agreement.

And all those things you just cited in your post provide even more color that so far all anyone knows for sure is that Charlie Grainger's themselves seems to be attempting to make an arbitrary decision to supposedly withdraw from what they're calling negotiations...which is total and complete bs...since Definitive Agreements definitely aren't so-called negotiations...they're legally binding terms which both sides(UHLN and CG's) sign off on and agree to...and if either side doesn't abide by those legally binding terms...they're putting themselves in serious legal jeopardy.

So right now in the absence of any UHLN statement...to me anyways CG's may be the ones in legal jeopardy...but the damage to UHLN's shareholders and share price has already been done.

Guess we'll soon see what the legal facts really are glta
