O.k the call will cause the one who received the call to think:
1) Who's Stern....Howard? The unknown name will cause curiosity in itself and make one want to find out who?
2) A story?...newsrooms need stories
3) Why is there going to be a ton of kids there?
4) saying tomorrow gives ample time to research and builds anticipation
5) saying let me get you an address and not returning the call back allows the receiver at the newsroom to prove to self they know locations well enough to follow up on their own
