That would be wonderful. Unfortunately I do not think this will be the case.

The amount of volume this stock is trading it should have blown through $0.01.

Company clearly more interested in dilution than on actual results.

PPS would have blown through $0.01 already with the amount of shares traded yesterday unless someone with ALOT of shares was selling into the strength.
