Let's set the facts straight....

Saying soon or imminent IS setting an expectation of a date whether implied or not. We all see the performance of the stock so far and IMO its a direct correlation to his underperformance as a "Honest CEO" and giving too much information on Twitter, or via email. The guy needs to shut up, we've heard since March how soon this 10K was coming, and everyday we continue to lose more investors who are not as patient as we are.

Drop the 10K, put up or shut up. I don't want to hear his crap on how we are so stupid and insult his intelligence. Please dude, many of us hear run business's too. I have to file my taxes on time or the IRS comes knocking. If he wants to keep his investors happy then do your damn job and get the 10K out in a reasonable time and be done with this. Not string everyone along for months on end.
