Covering is buying the stock back to close out the position on the short position. I shorted OWCP at .38.2 and closed it out at 31.9.. will look into those stocks you mentioned. I'm looking at BTCS . It's little over .11. Theres a lot of idiots on these boards. Had 3 posts deleted on BTSC .. a few badgers there lol
