??? Go4, just heard last night that border tax issue is being dropped by US Govt now due to too many complexities in it. This issue was supposedly the reason for JCP (and some others) to being shorted so hard over past months.. But JCP's 1/4 will prove it is all its changes have made it to be going forward... $15.00 PPS minimum I see this year IMHO
