With the AS being larger than the OS, couldn't they just do a Public Offering and dilute the SP of the stock by increasing the OS within the AS?
Everyone is taking about low float and this is going to fly.
I'm thinking the opposite can happen with a PO.
I have not looked at financials but is it certain there is no toxic debt (convertible loans) held by lenders that can sell shares to get their $ back?
The gap of AS and OS is significant and the possibilities i mention could certainly happen. Seen it before with other tickers.
Need to be very cautious with pink OTC stocks.
It could be fun to ride the wave of a newly formed co. or re-energized shell, but i have seen many that crashed hard when reality set it.

I'm not trying to pee in your cornflakes. Just making sure all aspects are known and considered.
