If the awardees (Bravatek, et al) - and all their employees, associates, affiliates and agencies - are routinely subjected to restrictions imposed by NDAs to maintain confidentiality of the transactions, it would only make sense that the awarding agencies elect to abide by the same restrictions, and would avoid listing or publishing the awards in their internal house organs or any other publically available sources. Confidentiality works both ways. I could be wrong and often am, but that's MHO. #BVTK
