Agree with almost everything smiling says, this isn't going to .40 though, maybe .20 on a bounce. This wasn't heavily shorted, it was dumped . Still a good bounce play though. I'm long from .057 a smaller position. I highly doubt any news comes. Needs a higher low, and R.s.I. above 30/35 to run. Happy trading gl to all
