1. GSE theft has not been proven in a court of law.

2. To my knowledge, the reason for no jail time for anyone during the housing meltdown is because its not illegal to make stupid and poor decisions as long as no laws are violated. Lots of bad decisions were made, but none were illegal according the the courts.

It's funny how the idea that what unelected bureaucrats have done here are somehow within the law.

It seems to me that the setup of eroding the equity of the GSE's to zero while the whole time selling supposed worthless stock on the "Reverse Merger/Split Central OTC"
resembles a Ponzi Scheme to me?

I do understand that HERA has formed a perfect storm of self dealing between FHFA and Treasury as well as the financially incompetent ruling of Ginsburg and Millett and let's not forget a certain Bobbing Cork Senator allegedly investing on the financial collapse of their own country?!!!!
