It's theorized, that overdosing antiPS would cause a deficiency in thrombin synthesis.

Up to 3mg's has tested safe. 3mg's has failed to meet endpoints. 1mg's we don't know because of the debacle. I'm thinking less could be more, but with a little help from some friends.

Maximum dose statin for example could be a friend. I believe it would help low dose antips reach it's destination by eliminating competition.

Also, I've theorized that high dose statin would change pathobiochemical structures within tumor microenvironments. This could be favorable for antiPS, by allowing a symmetrical distribution of PS and disrupting cellular oxidative stress.

I'm thinking this could be positive for other diseases, such as, ALS.

With that said, there are unaddressed elephants, IMO.
