I would love to see your post be accurate but i want to provide a contrarian view just to keep expectations real.

Another possibility is that the LinkedIn profile is fake. My suspicion is telling me this because the profile has 0 followers and has no activity.
Searching her name also pulled up 2 other profiles with less info. Seems to me someone was attempting to create the profile a few times.

I think someone is trying to create fake news to shake the beehive and cause some buzzing of fake news and conspiracies.

I will send a separate message to Seaheck and see if he can confirm the VP news.
I would think the appointment of a new VP would be worthy of a PR by ENDV.
I see other companies do it all the time.
