First is that DR Leonard is the majority shareholder of TTCM, next is that he is in fact the person that knows everything about Klickzie and stuff/ patents...So far there wasnt ever a question like that and i also dont know if that would work, but maybe we need smart guys around him, which helping the Ceo to take the right decisions.

But think also this way, if old or new cao would had managed a agreement for example real funding from a real angel..Dr Leonard would accept it imo.

You get what i mean? I dont think that DR Leonard is responsible for everything.
