More accurate is the MJ Industry in California. There is actually zoning for it, in one California municipality. There are several start-ups, with money, and connected to prominent names. If only someone had a payments technology for it(?)! It could be called, "GreenPay," or something. What a city can do with its charter in California. . . .(?), or a co-op. . .or industrial financing association(?). It is not only legal. It has legal ground, as in property!
