Hi Rusty,

Cannot write more beautifully than you. I think you laid out all the points and they all make perfect sense. IMO, the company had all the things going in the right direction. They could have timed their offering at an appropriate time when the stock was trading at 10. But it will get there and go beyond that is my belief.
