The dip to 9 was very healthy and safe but someone on twitter mentioned someones "stop loss" that may have triggered. Just another good possibility that could have stacked with the accumulation. It did seem to be alittle aggressive for a reload bounce. Either way this stock is solid like a rock. Cant wait to see it moving into winter season as the plant draws closer to reality. I think he said 17 months till completed. Of course thats after they break ground. Very exciting nevertheless!
