Ha!-- that's what we're all hoping: $14/share.

It will take the sector getting hot again, imo, for that to happen.

Just the seasonality of the BDI and shipping sector should at least bring "significant warmth" if not "hotness" to the sector this Fall. And that's when SINO should get a major boost, along with any further partner news, and a good earnings report in Sept.
