I was just going to suggest that rather than being an independent exchange, maybe they plan to be a portal to all other exchanges which could be profitable without the overhead of being an actual exchange. But their mention of block chain development leads me to believe that they will be much more deeply rooted in the actual exchange side of things. Of course that this stage of the process, they have the flexibility of perusing whatever the determine to be the best course of action. They haven't really over committed to any specific, limited approach. All we know now is a website, an app, and future block chain development.
